Electric Sprayer Performance Test

Electric sprayer testing is carried out based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 8485: 2023) which includes:

1. Verification test consisting of dimensional parameters, sprayer operating weight, tank wall thickness, filling filter hole size, belt width and carrying belt thickness.
2. Performance test consisting of nimonal volume tolerance parameters, battery durability, sprayer stability, carrying belt durability, open-close valve durability, impact test durability, and spraying test (spray pressure, spray discharge, spray angle, effective spray width, effective spray height, spray droplet size).
3. Suitability test which includes applicative spraying discharge parameters in the field.
4. Continuous Load Test that there should be no damage to the sprayer components after continuous spraying treatment for 3 hours.
5. Handling test consisting of parameters of security, comfort, operator safety and sprayer noise level.
