Semi-otomatic Sprayer Performance Test

Semi-automatic sprayer testing is carried out based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 4513: 2022) which includes:

1. Verification test consisting of parameters of sprayer tank dimensions, sprayer empty weight, tank capacity, filling filter hole size, carrying belt width, carrying belt thickness, pump lever length, hose length, and sprayer pipe size.
2. Performance test consisting of corrosion resistance test parameters, nimonal volume tolerance, initial pumping amount, total residual volume test, carrying belt resistance, impact test resistance, and spraying test (spray pressure, spray discharge, spray angle, effective spray width, effective spray height, spray droplet size and distribution density).
3. Suitability test which includes applicative spraying discharge parameters in the field.
4. Continuous Load Test including pump lever test, open-close valve test, hose condition test, each of which is carried out 5000 times.
5. Handling test consisting of operator comfort and safety parameters.
