FOGGING MACHINE PERFORMANCE TESTING
The performance testing of fogging machines is carried out based on the Indonesian National Standard 7190:2017 (SNI 7190:2017) which consists of several parts, including:
1. Verification tests that include dimensional measurements, empty weight, operating weight, formula tank volume, fuel tank volume, and construction of the constituent materials of fogging machine components.
2. Performance tests carried out in open spaces which include formula output discharge, fuel consumption, fogging range, fog temperature, fog droplet diameter, and fogging concentration time
3. Service tests that include aspects of occupational safety, noise level, vibration level, engine starting, and engine stability while in operation
4. The continuous load test is carried out by testing the damage of engine components (combustion regulator faucet, carburetor, combustion chamber, exhaust barrel, and flow regulator) after the fogging machine has been operated for 10 hours.
